The waiting area has 72 chairs from the old MECCA Arena and the BMO Harris Bradley Center, positioned in the middle of a full basketball court. The floor has the Milwaukee Bucks logo; sports memorabilia fills the walls and every nook-and-cranny of the space.

The building, with 25-foot ceilings, used to be a bank; a steel-vault door stands guard at one end of the court.
